The continuation of the successful Rezidence U sv. Václava project will be going up in its immediate vicinity. From the windows you will hear the rustling of the trees from the nearby Heroldovy Gardens, but also the bustle of city life, both just minutes from home.

The corner building, which was built during the reign of Franz Joseph I, is one of Vršovice’s Art Nouveau gems. It gets its name from the area’s landmark, the St Wenceslas Church (kostel sv. Václava) on the nearby square, náměstí Svatopluka Čecha.
