The continuation of the successful Rezidence U sv. Václava project will be going up in its immediate vicinity. From the windows you will hear the rustling of the trees from the nearby Heroldovy Gardens, but also the bustle of city life, both just minutes from home.

The corner building, which was built during the reign of Franz Joseph I, is one of Vršovice’s Art Nouveau gems. It gets its name from the area’s landmark, the St Wenceslas Church (kostel sv. Václava) on the nearby square, náměstí Svatopluka Čecha.

The building will undergo extensive reconstruction with an emphasis on preserving the original workmanship and artistic elements, the main one being the dominant feature in the form of a figural relief with St Hubert and a deer on the corner of the building. Art Nouveau elements adorn the entire building, including the courtyard façades with balconies on brackets.

It is only 280 m to the Bohemians tram stop or 200 m to the Čechovo náměstí bus and tram stops, which will get you to the centre. In the immediate vicinity of the building you will find pre-schools, elementary and high schools, playgrounds and the pleasant náměstí Svatopluka Čecha.

Do 48 hodin od ústní rezervace uzavře strana kupující se stranou prodávající dohodu o rezervaci s platností do 31.5.2019 a strana kupující do dvou pracovních dnů zaplatí rezervační zálohu ve výši 200.000,- Kč. Do jednoho měsíce od podpisu dohody o rezervaci zaplatí strana kupující doplatek do 10 % kupní ceny jako druhou zálohu a do tří měsíců od podpisu dohody o rezervaci dalších 10 % jako třetí zálohu do celkové výše 20 % kupní ceny.
